Self-catering -
Self-Catering Guidelines
Option exists for groups to cater for themselves. Commercial kitchen available for those with suitable qualifications, Bain-Maree, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, trays and cake coolers,
tables and chairs are all available. Groups will need to supply own chef knives, serving
utensils, and all consumables.

Full Catering
We provide meals with nutritious home style catering for all tastes or
we can prepare a 3 course dinner. Full catering includes basic table de
holt, alfresco meals and continental breakfast. Suggested Menu available on
request. Vegetarians and special dietary needs are catered for at extra
cost. You have the option of morning and afternoon tea at extra cost but we
always provide supper at no extra cost. Our friendly staff will make you
feel welcome with our warm quality service and Tassie country hospitality.

Self contained cabin with kitchen and bathroom. $60 per couple or $90 per family includes bedding and electric blanket. Continental breaky is an extra $ 5.00 per person.
